Bowditch Group was engaged to prepare a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) for public utility adjustments and fencing works undertaken as early works on the M15 Hunter Expressway. Andrew Grainger prepared the CEMP for Bowditch Group. Andrew needed to have specific regard for the Conditions of Approval for the Hunter Expressway and undertake liaison with relevant government agencies in preparing the CEMP.
Following approval of the CEMP by the Director General of the Department of Planning, Andrew maintained a central role during delivery of the early works package.
